Our Property Inspections
Here at SJH Contracting, LLC, we care about our client’s property as if it is our own. When our clients trust us with inspecting their property or property they are looking to purchase, we perform a thorough and comprehensive inspection that is second to none, which is at or above the industry standers for property inspections set by the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA). Our inspections are a 3 step process:
Research
Research is the first step in the process. We compile existing property documents and perform interviews of owns and/or facility personnel, so we can have an accurate history of the property.
Walk-Throughs
Walk-throughs are the second step in the process. These surveys allow the inspector to visually observe the subject property, gather information, and note items of interest.
Reports
Reports are the third and final step in the process. The report is all the compiled researched information and the walk-through information, which is written down in an easy-to-read report with all the inspector’s opinion about the subject property.
